Free Shipping Promotions:
If your order is eligible for free shipping, it must be deliverable by UPS. This means that PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping. You may also select a variety of shipping upgrades. We recommend upgrading your shipping if you require faster delivery. Orders returned for refund sent via free shipping will be assessed shipping costs. We apologize for this inconvenience.
We currently offer shipping via USPS or UPS. We recommend UPS due to it's superior reliability.

during the busy holiday season, we recommend Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day
or "Ground" shipping options.
Is international shipping available?
Yes. International shipments other than APO/FPO are processed via International Checkout. Please click here for further details.
What if I order more than one item and they are shipped separately?
You will only be charged one shipping charge no matter how many items
ordered or when they are delivered to you.
How do I cancel an order?
Your order may be cancelled by emailing us at customer service. When
canceling you must include your order number. The order can only be
canceled if it has not already been shipped. If you need to cancel an

In the rare instance when we make a mistake, we will do our very best to rectify it. If we're given a non-deliverable or otherwise incorrect address and the package is returned or must be rerouted, a $15 charge will be applied to your order to cover the excess shipping fees.
If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part, your item will be sent via free shipping within the United States. To initiate an exchange, please see the instructions here. If you are otherwise exchanging an item a minimal shipping fee will be charged to ship your replacement item.
