Good light-duty pack
I bought this pack to use as part of an ultralight backpacking system. I would call this pack a light-duty pack. It would be a great daypack or book sack, but I wouldn't recommend it for actual backpacking. When fully loaded, the pack is uncomfortable due to the lack of an internal frame, but for light loads the padded back of the pack is comfortable. Most of the small pockets seem useless, but would hold pens and small items. Also, you're going to need a waterproof rain cover. I wish there were attachments on the top and bottom of the pack for attaching a sleeping bag and pad, but there is no place on top or bottom for attaching items. Pack seems well made, but I wouldn't use it for extended trips.
