The Byrd line of knives is a value line designed by Spyderco. The Spyderco Cara Cara 2 stainless steel pocket knife is the newest addition to the Byrd Knives family, and closely resembles Spyderco's popular CLIPIT line of knives. The Burd Cara Cara 2 features a flat ground 8CR13MoV stainless steel blade, resistant to rust, corrosion, wear, and stain. The Spyderco Cara Cara 2 also features a stainless steel handle with a thumb grip for slip free cutting and a safer hold in the hand. The Spyderco BY03P also includes a 4 way reversible pocket clip for ambidexrtous and tip up or tip down pocket carry.
